Throw Blankets, Duvet's and Mattress Toppers are shipped FREE (in Australia) and Carbon Neutral from our Warehouse in Naarm/Melbourne via Sendle OR Aus Post.

WA/NT 8-12 days
New Zealand 8-15 days
International (US, UK, EU) 15-28 days
    
Ceramics are shipped through a third party logistics (3PL) Company.

 Worldwide shipping 9-13 days

Please note - Purchasing multiple products accross product categories OR on a pre-order basis may result in items being shipped seperately. If items are shipped seperately you will receive multiple tracking numbers. 

Returns/Exchanges.

We are proud to offer 14-day hassle free exchanges for our Throw Blankets and Ceramics. If your originally purchased piece does not suit the style of your home you have 14-days to request an exchange for a piece to the equal or lesser value of your original order as long as the desired piece/s are in stock.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if your item is deemed as faulty or not as ordered. Items cannot be returned for a refund as a 'change of mind'.

For health and hygiene reasons, Duvets and Mattress Toppers cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless faulty or not as ordered.
