All our products are shipped from our studio in Naarm/Melbourne via Aramex, Couriers Pls or Australia Post.

*Please note:
- During peak/sale periods there may be minor delays on dispatch/shipping due to volume of orders. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. You will recieve tracking numbers via email once the item is shipped.
- Purchasing multiple products accross product categories or on pre-order may result in items being shipped seperately. If items are shipped seperately you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
- All orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties or tariffs. These fees are determined by US Customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Youtopian Home does not cover or reimburse these costs.
- Taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply for orders placed outside of Australia. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Youtopian Home does not collect or cover these fees.
Returns/Exchanges
We are proud to offer 30-day hassle free returns/exchanges. If your originally purchased piece does not suit the style of your home OR if the item has arrived faulty, you have 30-days to request an return/exchange. The item must be un-used and in original condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.
