2025 SHIPPING CUT OFFS:

Our team will be taking a break between 30/12/25-12/01/26. Orders placed during our shut down period will be shipped on 12th of January. Our last day of shipping for 2025 will be the 30th of December. Orders placed on or before the 29th will be shipped on the 30th.

We are proud to offer next business day dispatch on all our orders.*

  • Flat rate of $7.95 under $150 
  • Flat Rate $15 Express Shipping (AU)

All our products are shipped from our studio in Naarm/Melbourne via Aramex, Couriers Pls or Australia Post. 

Standard Delivery Estimates:
 Australian Metro East Coast 0-4 days
WA/NT 6-8 days
New Zealand 4-10 days
International (US, UK, EU) 12-18 days


*Please note: 
  • During peak/sale periods there may be delays on dispatch/shipping times due to volume of orders. All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. You will recieve tracking numbers via email once the item is shipped.
  • Purchasing multiple products accross product categories or on pre-order may result in items being held OR shipped seperately. If items are shipped seperately you will receive multiple tracking numbers. 
  • Taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply for orders placed outside of Australia. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. Youtopian Home does not collect or cover these fees.

Returns/Exchanges

We are proud to offer 30 day hassle-free returns/exchanges. If your originally purchased piece does not suit the style of your home OR if the item has arrived faulty, you have 30-days to request a return/exchange, this excludes sale items (read below). The item must be un-used and in its original condition. Return shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Exceptions/ Non-returnable items/ Sale Purchases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges on sale items. All purchases made during sale campaigns are final.

We cannot accept returns/exchanges for products that are not in their original condition.
