Orders are dispatched within 2 days of purchase. Please allow extra processing days during sales and holiday seasons.

Standard Shipping costs

Australia: $7.95AUD (free shipping over $200AUD)

New Zealand: $14.95NZD (free shipping over $200NZD)

United States: $20USD (free shipping over $200USD)


Other information

Express and priority shipping options are available for Australian Customers.

Purchasing multiple products on pre-order may result in items being held OR shipped separately. If items are shipped separately you will receive multiple tracking numbers. 

About import tariffs, taxes and fees 

USA: All USA orders are DDP (Delivered Duties Paid). Tariffs are included in the sale price. No additional costs will be passed onto the customer.

AU/NZ: GST is included in the product price.

All other countries: Duties, taxes and import fees are not collected by us at checkout. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected by your local customs authority or carrier before delivery. As these charges vary by country, we are unable to estimate or control them.


Want to track your parcel?

A tracking number has been sent to you via email. Tracking updates can take a few days to appear, so don’t worry if you don’t see movement right away - your order is on its way. If you have queries regarding the status of your shipment or are experiencing shipping delays, please contact the shipping provider directly. 


Missed deliveries or incorrect address

If you miss the attempted delivery of your package, check if an 'Awaiting Collection' card has been left in your letterbox and arrange with the postal/courier service for redelivery or collection. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collection within the timeframe specified by the carrier, the parcel may be returned to us. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method less a 7% restocking fee and any shipping charges incurred by us. If you’d like the order sent again, the cost of re-shipping will need to be covered by the customer.


Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are unable to guarantee address changes once an order has been placed. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the parcel is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address, the cost of re-shipping will need to be covered by the customer.
