BTD is a Youtopian Home series celebrating and supporting Australian artists doing amazing work in their fields. 🎨

Through Behind The Design, we collaborate with Australian artists and commission an original artwork, which is then translated into a throw blanket and cushion and released to our community.

We’ll visit artists in their studios or workplaces to unpack their creative process from concept and inspiration through to the finished piece and share how each design comes to life.

We plan to release 3–4 collaborations each year, so if you’re an artist or designer (or know someone we should collaborate with), register your interest at the bottom of this page. ⬇️

*To register you must be living/working in Australia with an active ABN + you must be able to provide digital/vectorised versions of your design.
